Floors That Work As Hard As You Do

Warehouses, retail, automotive facilities and light industrial spaces — commercial-grade polyurea and epoxy systems from an authorized Penntek dealer.

Commercial Spaces We Coat

Built For Business, Not Just Looks

Warehouses

Heavy-duty polyurea and epoxy systems built to handle forklift traffic, pallet jacks and constant foot traffic.

Retail Floors

A finished, durable floor that holds up to customer traffic while presenting well to the public.

Automotive Facilities

Shop bays and service floors deal with hot tires, chemicals and heavy equipment — Penntek systems are formulated for exactly this kind of use.

Light Industrial

From production floors to storage areas, a coated slab is easier to keep clean and safer to work on.

Working Around Your Schedule

Commercial projects are scoped individually — square footage, floor condition, and how your business needs to keep operating during install all factor into scheduling. We’ll walk through all of it as part of your quote.

Why Integrity

A Process Built On Prep, Not Shortcuts

Every Integrity floor goes through the same disciplined sequence — here’s what actually happens on your slab.

01

Mechanical Surface Prep

We diamond-grind the existing concrete to open the surface profile so the coating system has a mechanical bond to work with, rather than relying on paint sitting on top of the slab.

02

Crack & Joint Repair

Cracks, spalls and control joints are repaired and filled before any coating goes down, so the finished floor isn’t hiding problems underneath it.

03

Base Coat Application

A Penntek base coat is applied across the prepped slab, forming the foundation layer the rest of the system is built on.

04

Flake Broadcast

Decorative vinyl flake is broadcast into the wet base coat to your chosen blend, adding texture, hiding minor surface imperfections, and giving the floor its finished look.

05

Scrape & Vacuum

Once cured, excess flake is scraped smooth and the entire floor is vacuumed clean, preparing a flat, even surface for the topcoat.

06

Clear Topcoat Seal

A clear protective topcoat is rolled over the flake layer to seal the system and give the floor its final sheen and cleanability.

Built For Michigan

What Northern Michigan Floors Are Up Against

General educational information — not a performance guarantee for any specific project.

Freeze-Thaw Cycles

Northern Michigan winters put concrete through repeated freeze-thaw cycles. A properly prepped and coated surface is designed to help protect the slab underneath from that stress.

Road Salt & De-Icers

Vehicles tracking in road salt and de-icing chemicals through the winter can be hard on bare concrete over time. A sealed coating system gives you a barrier to wipe or hose off instead.

Moisture & Humidity

Garages and basements deal with melting snow, humidity and general moisture. A coated floor is easier to keep clean and dry than bare, porous concrete.

Hot Tires

Summer driving can leave tires hot enough to affect some coatings. Penntek systems are formulated with this kind of everyday use in mind.

UV Exposure

Outdoor spaces like patios and pool decks see direct sun for months at a time. Topcoat selection matters for how a coated surface holds up outdoors.
